Collaboration - Training the crew.

Over two days, we provided Leonardo with hyper-focused training, as if in a pressure cooker, to get the team on the same page and cooperatively formulate the next steps in their journey.

  1. Initial training in the UK: We conducted a two-day session designed to upskill and motivate the Leonardo CS3 team. Participants became familiar with various design tools and canvases through an applied business case and real-world examples. This hands-on approach ensured they would later be able to apply what they learned.

  2. Digital facilitator training: A select group underwent a half-day digital session following the initial training. This training equipped six change-makers with the skills to design and facilitate impactful design-thinking sessions. These facilitators can now enable more Leonardo team members, further spreading the tools, skills, and mindset throughout the organization.
