We took the reins and adopted a venture approach, diving into market and customer validation, iterating in sprints, and drawing inspiration from business models and propositions across the globe. This led us to a new growth strategy, positioning, branding and pricing to pursue the best path forward.
But we didn't stop there. We also focused on strengthening the new team's capabilities and building a solid working relationship between the new investors and the original management team. The result was a complete redesign of Peaks' operating model, setting them up for success in the fintech market.
