We partnered with the new investor Haerlem Capital and PEAKS’ core team, focusing on business model innovation, customer-centric design, and scalable practices. We researched the market, clients, and competitors, redesigning the business model portfolio with relevant value propositions for both current and new customer segments.
In our strategic approach, we constantly challenged the status quo and critically looked at current business processes. We did not shy away from difficult discussions and decisions, making sure our collaborative efforts led to significant and sustainable improvements for PEAKS.
